For affordable delivery, we send your package through trusted matatu SACCO courier services that operate in your area.
You can also choose Pickup Mtaani, or use secure delivery options like G4S and Wells Fargo for extra safety and tracking.
If you prefer, you’re welcome to pick up your order directly from our shop in Nairobi CBD.

Ordering Process
- Add items on the cart and place order. Make payment and fill the the transaction code on the order form.
2. Our team will receive your order and confirm delivery details. You will receive confirmation message.
3. We will send your order via the agreed delivery method. We dispatch orders immediately we receive payments.
4. For Cash on delivery orders, only pay using our Till number. Pick your items and leave a feedback. Share the happiness!

Exchange or Return of Goods
Exchange & Return Policy – Syntax Home Appliances
At Syntax Home Appliances, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you encounter any issue with your order, our exchange and return policy ensures a smooth resolution.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase from Syntax Home Appliances.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged by power issues, mishandling, or customer negligence are not covered.

Consumables (such as bulbs, batteries, and accessories) and personal-use products cannot be returned once opened.
3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, contact Syntax Home Appliances via WhatsApp or phone call within 7 days of delivery.

Our support team will guide you on how to return the product to our Nairobi CBD shop or through a courier service.

After inspection and approval, we’ll process a replacement, store credit, or other suitable resolution.
4. Refunds

Refunds are offered only when a replacement or repair is not possible.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Syntax Home Appliances’ part.
Note: Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged unless they meet the conditions stated above. Please inspect your order upon delivery before confirming receipt.
